The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Ann Ashford, Ann Ashford for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Cecil D. Bykerk on May 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.
