Census Bureau: More women than men in Omaha in 2019

Of the 475,862 people living in Omaha in 2019, 50.7 percent (241,143) were women and 49.3 percent (234,719) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Omaha City Wire.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 147,910-to-147,448. In the 65 and over age range, there were 34,809 females and 26,294 males.
