The City of Omaha invites proposals for the purchase and development of 1106, 1112, 1118 Izard Street and 1101 Nicholas Street.
The City intends to dispose of these properties for a use that is compatible with surrounding land uses, increases connectivity in the neighborhood, and is economically and environmentally sustainable. The City does not offer any financial incentives for the redevelopment of the site. However, the winning proposals may apply for Tax Increment Financing and other funding sources to support development.
The deadline to submit proposals is 4:30 P.M, on May 20, 2022.
