UNO Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) counselors will share resilience tips, listen, and encourage connection; events every other Wednesday through July 27.
The UNO Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Virtual Support Hour is a free Zoom meeting for students that provides mental health education and support. Students are invited to join as CAPS counselors discuss different coping strategies and exercises that you can implement daily to help manage your stress and improve your mental health. The first half is an educational presentation on a mental health topic and a discussion follows during the second half.

Connect. Take Care. Get Help. A Reminder of Campus Resources
UNO stands ready to assist the Maverick community - at any time - with important resources for students, faculty and staff because we hear you, we see you, and you are welcome here.
As we are faced with challenges, whether they be personal, professional, social, or economical, it can often times feel like we are alone or that we lack the resources to deal with feelings of stress, anxiety, fear, and overall wellness.
This is why, throughout the year, the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) provides important resources for students, faculty and staff.
We encourage Mavericks to "Connect. Take Care. Get Help." at any time they need help and support.
