As a member of the Douglas County Threat Assessment Team, Sergeant James Shade takes the lead on all school threats on- and off-duty and handles them in a professional manner.
For his hard work in addressing school violence and school threats, Sergeant Shade was the recipient of the “Leadership Award” from the Metro Chiefs Association.
