On Saturday, March 22, former Omaha Central High School standout John Tonje’s current collegiate team the Wisconsin Badgers lost 91-89 against the BYU Cougars in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Ball Arena, this was the first game against the BYU Cougars during the championship.

John Tonje’s game position is guard.
