The City of Omaha and Front Porch Investments have announced $11 million in the first round of awards to expand affordable housing options by matching philanthropic contributions with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
The first loans and grants will go to 14 applicants, with additional funding available in 2023. For more information and the list of awards.
