WINTER STORM PREPARATIONS AND OPERATIONS: The City is on 24-hour operations for the duration of the winter storm.
We will have approximately 300 plows and other equipment to clear snow. City plows will clear main and secondary roads, contractors will work in residential areas. We will determine the start time for contractors as the storm develops. It’s possible FCC Environmental will not collect trash or recycling on Thursday due to expected wind chills and potential drifting and blizzard-like conditions. A decision will be made later today.
